• Customer Remorse: The item must be in its original, new, and unused condition.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, we accept returns even if the packaging has been opened. Please provide photographic evidence.

2. Once approved, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
